Learn how to report bugs directly to the PearPass team so they can investigate and provide fixes quickly.
Report a Bug
Open the PearPass app and sign in with your master password.

Select a vault to proceed. For this example, we’ll use the PearRuntime Credentials vault. On your computer, select any vault to proceed.

Click on Settings.

Under the General tab, navigate to the Report a problem section. Enter a clear description of the issue, including steps to reproduce it or any error messages, and click on the send button to submit your report.

Open Pearpass on your mobile device and sign in with your master password.

The support team will review your submission and provide guidance or fixes as necessary.
